relieve your mind of all its worries.
Moreover, if you find it difficult to sit and work for continuous hours take regular breaks. Take a 5-10 min
break after every hour if that’s what you need. But then get back to work with full dedication.
Set deadlines for yourself and stick to them. We need a little pressure to push ourselves and knowing
that you have a job to finish within a limited time frame does the trick. But mind you be strict with
yourself here.
